You’ll ideally bring previous management experience within a regulated care service, a good understanding of safeguarding and CQC requirements, and the ability to lead a team while keeping the people you support at the heart of decision‑making.
An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care alongside relevant management experience is specified for the position.
