Job summary
PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH offers a 12-month undergraduate placement in the UK starting July 2027. It is a full-time role in Global R&D focusing on Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, providing hands-on work with product launches, labeling reviews, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain and development.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Food Science/Technology, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Chemistry or similar.
- Strong digital literacy with a proactive approach to learning regulation and labelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review raw material compliance for PepsiCo foods and support product launches.
- Assist in transitioning to automated data collection for ingredients.
- Assess finished product labels and lead artwork consistency projects.
- Support FSQA and Regulatory Affairs business process improvements.
- Gain exposure to risk assessment, regulatory frameworks, and real-world FSQA projects.
- Collaborate with supply chain, product development and regulatory teams to uphold food safety standards.
- Support new product launches and maintenance by evaluating suppliers and ingredients.
- Contribute to the digital agenda for predictive risk and AI in food safety.
