PepsiCo is offering a 12-month placement starting July 2027 for undergraduates with a focus on Regulatory Affairs, Food Safety and Quality Assurance. You will support launches, assess ingredients and labelling, and learn from experts in a fast-paced environment across manufacturing sites and with suppliers.

Some travel is expected. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to uphold high safety and quality standards while exploring the digital agenda in predictive risk

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Food Science/Technology, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Chemistry or similar.
• Strong digital skills across tools and platforms.
• Attention to detail in labelling, data, and regulatory reviews.
• Interest in learning food regulation and developing technical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for QA/RA work.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review compliance of raw materials for launches and maintenance.
• Assist with automation of ingredient data collection.
• Assess finished product labels and manage artwork consistency project.
• Support FSQA and Regulatory Affairs process improvements.
• Contribute to real-world FSQA projects including risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with supply chain, product development and regulatory teams to uphold food safety.
