Job summary

PepsiCo offers a 12-month placement programme for undergraduates starting July 2027 in the United Kingdom, within Global R&D. You will rotate across Consumer Science, work on consumer and sensory studies, and help shape product development with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in consumer behaviour and insights.
• Understanding of research methods, experimental design and data analysis from university studies.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across different areas of Consumer Science within PepsiCo.
• Support delivery of consumer and sensory research studies from setup to data collection and reporting.
• Gain hands-on experience with sensory evaluation and consumer research methods.
• Work with consumer, sensory and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to analysis and visualization of research data for key insights.
• Collaborate with R&D Product Development and Insights to align functions.
• Assist in presentations that communicate consumer learning to stakeholders.
