Job summary

Dimensions Ltd is seeking an experienced quality improvement coach to support managers across our social care teams. You will lead coaching initiatives, review key data, and help shape regional strategic priorities through collaborative planning.

The role requires travel to visit individuals in their homes and the ability to influence teams toward strong quality improvements, with DBS disclosure and UK eligibility. Interviews via Microsoft Teams are scheduled; closing date may be extended.

Qualifications

Hold a professional coaching qualification or be willing to work towards it.
Experience at least first-line management in the social care sector.
Skilled at using coaching as a management style.
Understand the differences between coaching and mentoring and when to apply each

Responsibilities

Support managers to create and carry out strong quality improvement plans through coaching.
Review key quality data to identify issues and work with teams to agree on improvements.
Collaborate with regional leadership to support planning and shape strategic priorities.
Use positive influencing skills to drive quality improvements in teams.
