Job summary

HRC Broxbourne invites applications for a Quality Improvement Coach & Lecturer. This part-time role (17 hours per week) involves coaching, CPD delivery, and teaching across the college to support staff development and curriculum quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of coaching and mentoring teaching staff.
• Experience with internal verification or quality assurance for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
• Knowledge of the Education Inspection framework and FE reforms (T-Levels, English and Maths).
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals to deliver performance outcomes in FE, work-based learning and HE.

Responsibilities

• Develop teaching staff through CPD and tailored support.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment on specified subjects/units.
• Prepare and deliver learning materials and resources; contribute to curriculum development.
• Coordinate teaching duties (QIC and Teacher Training) and collaborate with line manager.
