Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a proactive Quality Partner to lead audits, support safeguarding, and drive improvement across Scotland. You will move between locations, coach teams and run focused projects to raise standards and ensure person-centred support.

The role involves travel across Scotland, with a flexible on-site presence and a focus on embedding best practice through training and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in regulated support (health, social care, supported living or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of regulation, quality frameworks and safeguarding.
  • Confident auditor/inspector who delivers results under pressure.
  • Natural influencer and facilitator, skilled at running workshops and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Assurance visits and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach teams for inspections and contract checks; lead before, during and after inspections.
  • Own divisional Quality, Performance & Risk meetings; translate data into actions.
  • Design and deliver workshops and groups to embed best practice across the organisation.
  • Run end-to-end improvement projects; plan, coordinate actions and remove blockers.
  • Drive person-centred initiatives to improve everyday practice.
  • Support safeguarding investigations and translate findings into training and system fixes.
  • Create clear process maps, guidance and engaging training materials.
  • Champion co-production involving people supported in shaping improvements.
