Job summary

Cranstoun, delivering the Drive Project, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to deliver one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to design intervention plans, address identified risks, and coordinate with IDVAs to improve safety for victims and children.

This role requires strong case management expertise, a willingness to travel across sites, and a commitment to behaviour

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health fields.
• Proven track record in case management with complex needs.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators.
• Collaborate with IDVAs and multi-disciplinary teams to plan safety interventions.
• Develop and monitor intervention plans addressing identified risks.
