Job summary

Cranstoun invites applications for a permanent Case Manager role across Worcestershire as part of the Drive Project. The post involves delivering interventions for high-risk domestic abuse perpetrators through case management, support work, behavior change and disruption activities to enhance victim safety.

You will liaise with multi-agency partners, undertake accredited training for perpetrator work, and operate in a combined home and office setting.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Enhanced DBS and police vetting will be undertaken.
• Right to work in the UK with no sponsorship.
• Interviews planned for W/C 16/11/26 with attitudinal testing and panel interview.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement interventions for high-harm, high-risk domestic abuse perpetrators.
• Work with multi-agency partners to gather and disseminate information in line with national standards.
• Deliver case management interventions across Worcestershire as part of the Drive Project.
