Job summary

Cranstoun seeks a Drive Case Manager to deliver case management interventions across Warwickshire as part of the Drive Project. You will work with perpetrators to proactively secure engagement and influence attitudinal and behavioral change within a multi-agency framework.

The role involves designing coordinated intervention plans with partner agencies, reviewing risk with IDVAs to improve safety outcomes, and working in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in case management or related multi-disciplinary settings.
• Experience addressing domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse or offending.
• Full driving license required.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage with perpetrators one-to-one to secure engagement and behavioural change.
• Design and implement a coordinated intervention plan with partner agencies.
• Work with IDVAs to review risk and develop safety plans.
• Attend training and potentially gain accreditation.
