Job summary

Victim Support in Cumbria is recruiting a Case Manager for the Westmorland & Furness area to deliver Drive Project interventions and work with high-harm perpetrators.

The role is based at Kendal Police Station with travel; driving license and vehicle access are essential. You will work with IDVAs to assess risk, develop safety plans, and promote change.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health settings.
• Strong case management skills with a track record of behaviour change.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle due to travel requirements.
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Engage with perpetrators one-to-one to promote engagement and behavioural change.
• Collaborate with IDVAs and multi-agency partners to design coordinated intervention plans.
• Develop and review safety and risk management plans to improve outcomes.
• Deliver psychosocial interventions for high-risk perpetrators.
• Travel across Cumbria and maintain DBS clearance as required.
