Cranstoun seeks a Violence Prevention Practitioner to join its domestic abuse team across Southend, Essex & Thurrock. You will deliver specialist perpetrator interventions, run group sessions and 1-2-1 work, and collaborate with victim services and partner agencies to challenge attitudes that sustain abuse.

Experience in the Domestic Abuse sector or related fields is preferred. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week with some evenings; two posts available.

Competenze

• Experience in the Domestic Abuse sector or related fields is preferred.
• Experience delivering behaviour change programmes, running groups and 1-2-1 sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multi-agency partner organisations.

Mansioni

• Deliver specialist perpetrator interventions as part of Cranstoun’s SET team.
• Run group sessions and 1-2-1 work with perpetrators.
• Work with victims, children/young people and partners to raise awareness and challenge attitudes.
