Job summary

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a committed Perpetrator Case Manager to work with individuals who perpetrate abuse, delivering one-to-one engagement and coordinated intervention plans to support behavioural change.

The role requires working with statutory and third sector partners across Knowsley, daily travel within the borough, and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle. Flexible working requests may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Make safe contact and work with those causing harm on a one-to-one basis, seeking genuine engagement as you create opportunities for behavioural change by delivering co-ordinated intervention plans.
• Work with statutory, non-statutory and third sector partners to remove excuses for abusive behaviour and mitigate risks to adult and child victim-survivors of domestic abuse.
