Flow Recruitment Ltd. on behalf of our client seeks an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a busy early years setting.

You will ensure outstanding standards of care and education, manage day-to-day operations, and drive business performance while developing a passionate team of practitioners. The role requires strong EYFS knowledge and proven leadership experience in a nursery environment, with a focus on safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Must have Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years’ experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

Responsabilidades

• Play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning.
• Effectively manage the day-to-day running of the nursery delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children.
• Be accountable for meeting all objectives and nursery targets with a commercial and people focus, ensuring the nursery is efficient and profitable.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive and passionate outlook, handling conflicts and developing staff through professional development and monitoring performance.
• Be inclusive and maintain minimum operating standards while embracing diversity.
• Inspire, excite and challenge colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
