Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead daily operations in a busy early years setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment and partnering with parents to deliver high-quality care and education.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years qualification, at least two years of experience, and strong EYFS/Ofsted knowledge. You will manage the team, drive standards, and oversee budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years' early years experience.
• EYFS knowledge and Ofsted inspection framework.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations delivering high standards of care and education with colleagues, parents and children.
• Be accountable for meeting objectives and nursery targets with a commercial and people focus.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive outlook, handling conflicts and supporting staff development.
