Job summary

Citizens Advice Derbyshire Districts is recruiting Money Advisers for a new telephone and digital Money Advice team. The role delivers FCA-regulated money advice to individuals in financial difficulty and offers a hybrid mix of home and office working across Buxton, Chesterfield, Ilkeston or Matlock.

Full training and support, including the Money Advice Learning Plan, is provided for both experienced advisers and trainees.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Non-judgemental, empathetic approach.
• Strong IT and digital skills; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Commitment to performance targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FCA-regulated money advice to individuals in financial difficulty.
• Work as part of a new Money Advice team providing tailored advice and casework.
• Receive full training and support, including Money Advice Learning Plan for trainees.
