Job summary

Mendip Green Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across mainstream and specialist resources. The role involves one-to-one support, small group interventions and collaboration with teaching staff in a nurturing environment.

You will work 30 hours per week during term time, with an 11-month fixed-term contract and potential extension subject to funding. The school values inclusion and professional development.

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs.

• Support teaching within our specialist resource hub.
• Work with teachers and support staff to plan learning.
• Help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills.
