As a Learning and Development Transition Manager in our Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) team, you'll lead the mobilisation, transition and delivery of learning solutions that build capability across a major transformation programme. Working closely with military and civilian stakeholders, you'll ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and support they need to deliver a successful service from day one.
This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a team of learning professionals through a critical transition period, ensuring training programmes are delivered to time and quality while supporting operational readiness across the AFRS programme. Your work has purpose, helping to create impactful solutions that support future capability, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for communities and Defence stakeholders.
Significant experience leading learning and development teams and delivering large-scale training programmes to time, quality and budget requirements.
