Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals seeking work in Huddersfield and across West Yorkshire. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored, one-to-one support, and work with health professionals and employers to create inclusive job opportunities.

This performance-focused role offers training in IPS and opportunities to advance social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver the IPS model and provide person-centred guidance.
• Experience working with health needs is preferred.
• DBS checks and right-to-work verification will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model (full training provided).
• Provide person-centred advice and vocational guidance.
• Build strong relationships with local employers to identify suitable roles.
• Support clients through every step: from referral and job search to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
