Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with health needs in Wakefield and across West Yorkshire. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored, one-to-one guidance, and help clients find sustainable employment.

This community-based role focuses on referrals, job starts, and sustained employment, with full training and strong collaboration with health professionals and local employers to create inclusive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Delivery of IPS model with full training provided.
• Provide person-centred vocational guidance.
• Build relationships with local employers to identify roles.
• Support clients through referral and job search to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
