Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with health needs in securing meaningful employment across Leeds and West Yorkshire. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored support, and work collaboratively with health professionals and employers to create opportunities.

The role is community-based, requiring peripatetic work across the area. Shortlisted candidates will attend an assessment centre in mid-October, with induction planned for late November 2026.

Qualifications

• Deliver the IPS model with full training provided.
• Provide person-centred advice and vocational guidance.
• Build strong relationships with local employers to identify suitable roles.
• Support clients through every step: from referral and job search to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
