Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with health needs in Bradford and surrounding areas. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored one-to-one support, and help clients find and sustain jobs aligned with their goals.

You’ll collaborate with health professionals, service providers, and local employers to create inclusive opportunities. This role is community-based and requires travel across delivery areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with health needs is essential.
• Knowledge of employment services or recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IPS model with full training provided.
• Provide person-centred advice and vocational guidance.
• Build strong relationships with local employers to identify suitable roles.
• Support clients through every step: from referral and job search to placement and in-work support.
• Champion social inclusion and wellbeing through employment.
