Job summary

Dunelm, the UK’s leading homewares retailer, is expanding its ESG Reporting team within Legal & Compliance. The role focuses on producing and improving internal and external sustainability reporting, including greenhouse gas data, Scope 1-3, and regulatory disclosures, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, traceability and auditable outputs.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with strong numerical and textual insights.
• Advanced data analysis in Excel across value chain data.
• Familiar with SAP, Power BI and ThoughtSpot reporting tools.
• Some knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and UK SRS/TCFD/GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Producing and continually improving internal and external ESG reporting.
• Support Greenhouse Gas reporting across Scopes 1-3 with data management.
• Document methods, processes and assumptions for auditable outputs.
• Coordinate data for disclosures to ESG ratings providers and regulators.
• Build relationships and provide insights to advance the ESG agenda.
