Job summary

Aldi UK is seeking a Sustainability Business Integration professional to support mandatory reporting, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate cross‑functional actions. You will work with internal teams to ensure adherence to sustainability standards and supplier compliance across the business.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple priorities with resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative approach to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support mandatory sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and interpret sustainability legislation and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive delivery of sustainability initiatives.
• Utilise Aldi approval systems to maintain supplier and product compliance.
• Provide sustainability guidance and training to suppliers.
• Embed sustainability across business functions and operations.
