Computacenter is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager to join its Group Sustainability team.

The Sustainability Reporting Manager coordinates the annual sustainability reporting cycle across UK and EU regimes, applying a single unified process to disclosures under the UK Annual Report and Accounts, TCFD, emerging UK SDR, and CSRD. The role acts as the operational lead for the reporting programme, working to the Sustainable Development Director and alongside Finance, Risk, Legal, Corporate Communications and Internal Audit. It is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.

What you’ll do
  • Run the annual reporting timetable end to end, including kick-off, mid-cycle and pre-sign-off checkpoints.
  • Support the execution of framework-specific subprocesses (e.g. Climate change scenario analysis, CSRD double materiality, EU Taxonomy assessment, UK SDR claims substantiation).
  • Maintain the reporting RACI and keep stakeholders aligned to deadlines and dependencies.
  • Confirm reporting scope and boundary each cycle, working with Finance, and maintain the framework applicability matrix.
  • Translate material topics into disclosure workstreams and track them to completion with topic owners.
  • Aggregate quantitative data points from functional owners into the consolidated dataset used for disclosure, working with the ESG Data Coordinators on validation and reconciliation.
  • Track sustainability targets and supporting actions across the reporting year, monitor performance against them, and ensure disclosures reflect the current position with variances clearly explained.
  • Maintain a working understanding of the policies underpinning each material topic and ensure they are accurately cited and consistently reflected across disclosures.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to support the drafting of the sustainability sections of the Annual Report and Accounts and supporting framework-specific statements.
  • Coordinate technical and assurance reviews, manage version control, and maintain the internal review log.
  • Assemble the unified assurance pack, support auditor information requests, and steward sign-off from management and the Board.
  • Capture lessons learned and feed them into templates and guidance for the following year.
What you’ll need
  • Reporting cycle delivered to the agreed timetable, with disclosures published on time and free of material error.
  • Assurance pack ready when the assurance provider arrives, with no avoidable rework.
  • Stakeholders on their obligations, inputs and timelines.
  • Drafts that need light editorial polish from Comms rather than substantive rewriting.
  • Improvement actions from the prior cycle visibly closed before the next one begins.
