tms in London seeks a Sustainability Analyst to join our Global Sustainability Reporting team. You will support annual ESG reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers and clients to ensure accurate data collection and compliant disclosures.

You will review supplier submissions for conformance, escalate issues to keep timelines, and help develop best-practice reporting across geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual ESG Sustainability reporting across regions.
• Review Supplier submissions for conformance and provide clear feedback.
• Escalate issues to key contacts to maintain timelines.
• Attend regular cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Liaise with Suppliers via email, outlining non-conformance reasons.
• Assist with additional Sustainability data activities as requested.
