Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Lead, Global ESG Reporting Strategy to build and lead our global ESG disclosures from the ground up, spanning CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, and CDP across the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. You’ll own the strategy, design the reporting infrastructure and governance, and manage increasing ESG data requests to keep disclosures accurate and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of major ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, Modern Slavery, CDP).
• Experience building disclosure infrastructure or processes from scratch.
• Strong written communication and regulatory disclosure capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IR, and Operations without direct authority.
• A principled, business-grounded view of ESG and leadership in compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set the ESG disclosure strategy across jurisdictions (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia).
• Build reporting infrastructure, processes, and governance for efficient, audit-ready disclosures.
• Serve as the internal ESG reporting expert coordinating cross-functional teams and data owners.
• Manage enterprise ESG data requests and vendor questionnaires at scale.
• Oversee GHG measurement and Scope 1 & 2 emissions strategy.
