Job summary

Inspired Pet Nutrition Ltd is hiring an Environment, Sustainability Governance (ESG) Coordinator to manage multi-site ESG data, ensure accuracy, and deliver stakeholder reports and dashboards. You will oversee data collection, integrity checks, and coordination with internal teams to maintain a robust ESG repository.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with structured tables, lookups, pivots and charting.
• Ability to design and maintain a structured dataset from scratch.
• Comfortable handling large, multi-source datasets.
• Strong numeracy and ability to report clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single, structured ESG data repository with version control and audit trails.
• Coordinate standardised data collection across functions and sites.
• Own ESG reporting calendar and deliver reports, questionnaires, dashboards, KPI packs and emissions forecasts.
• Validate submissions, investigate variances and support external verification and audits.
• Coordinate sustainability projects and cross-functional working groups, turning ESG requirements into actionable tasks.
• Liaise with retailers, regulators and verifiers and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
