Job summary

Palladium International is seeking an Employment Advisor for the Restart programme to support customers at our Eastleigh offices, with occasional travel to surrounding areas. This 8 month Fixed Term Contract role focuses on guiding individuals through to employment, building rapport, and creating tailored action plans.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, identifying vacancies and training solutions, maintaining records, and meeting performance targets while working with employers

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility and accountability for customers as assigned and work with them through to employment.
• Assessing each customer's starting position to decide how to meet their needs.
• Building rapport and a positive working relationship with each customer.
• Creating and following through with individualised action plans for customers.
• Identify, structure and recommend vacancy and training solutions with the team.
• Maintain accurate customer records to document the customer journey.
