Palladium is hiring an Employment Advisor in Eastleigh on a fixed-term contract for 8 months. The role supports Universal Credit claimants with tailored employment assistance, including CV development, interview guidance, and job sourcing.

You’ll manage a caseload, build relationships, and coordinate with partners to enable progression to work. The position is based in Eastleigh with a salary range of £27,976 to £29,000, subject to DBS clearance.

• Take responsibility and accountability for customers assigned through to employment.
• Assess the customer’s starting position to decide how best to meet their needs.
• Build rapport and a positive working relationship with each customer.
• Create and follow through with individualised action plans for each customer.
• Address personal constraints to employment, providing advice to develop capability.
• Identify vacancy and training solutions in consultation with the team.
• Maintain customer records to quality standards and document the journey.
• Develop knowledge of signposting services in the local area/region.
• Meet personal targets and quality measures by delivering employability provision.
• Develop relationships with employers, Job Centre teams, and funding providers.
