Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Education Mentors to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support in homes and community settings across the UK. You will help young people with diverse needs, using creative, student-centred approaches to build confidence and life skills.

The role offers flexible hours, variable session times with families or schools, and a chance to make a meaningful impact through bespoke educational support for SEND learners.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or working with children or young people with complex needs (2+ years).
• Ability to work in home and community settings with flexible, student-centered approaches.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and two references preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, positive relationships with learners.
• Deliver one-to-one mentoring and learning support in homes or community settings.
• Support development of life skills, confidence and independence using trauma-informed methods.
