Goodwin PLC in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Early Help family support worker to assist families in their locality. You will work in partnership with children and their families to deliver holistic family support and outreach as part of a multi-professional Family hubs team.

The role focuses on safeguarding, running learning and play groups, and building relationships with agencies to promote access to local early help services and to support disadvantaged families and very young children.

• To promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people and families,
• Develop and deliver high-quality learning and play groups, activities and events across the geographical areas which engage targeted children, young people, their families and carers
• To undertake early help whole family assessments and provide targeted family support,
• To pro-actively engage and build effective working relationships with a range of agencies as part of an integrated approach to supporting families, building resilience, delivering sustainable change and encouraging access to local early help services.
