South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Best Start Family Hub Worker to deliver universal and targeted services for babies, children aged 0-5, and families with SEND needs. You will provide practical support, signposting and early help across Family Hubs and community settings.

You will work under supervision, coordinating with Family Hub networks, delivering evidence-based activities, recording progress, and identifying safeguarding concerns as needed.

Formación

• Experience in engaging with children, young people or families who require additional support.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
• Strong written records and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hub-based, outreach, group and one-to-one support.
• Provide information, advice and signposting on health, welfare, debt, housing and family services.
• Develop partnerships and referral pathways with local services.
