Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to support two Scotland-based Supported Living services in Doune and Falkirk, with regular travel. You will lead alongside the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care, build high-performing teams, and maintain quality standards with person-centred support at the heart of all services.

• Experience leading health and social care teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to deliver person-centred support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Support recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance development.

• Manage budgets, occupancy and resource needs.
• Handle incidents, complaints and service improvements.
