Job summary

Swanton Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead two supported living services in Doune and Falkirk, with regular travel between sites. You’ll work alongside the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care, develop high‑performing teams and drive quality, governance and person‑centred support.

You’ll lead by example, inspire teams, support recruitment, training and supervision, and ensure the people we support achieve their goals and independence across the locality.

• Experience in a leadership role within health and social care.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of quality, safeguarding responsibilities.

• Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on leadership when required.
• Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across services.

About the Role

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of your services. You'll support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care and support, develop high-performing teams, maintain excellent quality standards, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support.

About The Service

We have 2 Supported Living services located in Scotland, providing person-centred care to young adults who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and may also have mental health or autism support needs and behaviours that can challenge. Our Services are led by the Registered Manager who has a wealth of experience within the sector; committed and devoted to developing excellence and talent.
