Priory Horizon House is recruiting a Deputy Addictions Service Manager for a full-time, on-site position at Horizon House. The role supports patient care planning, governance, and regulatory compliance within Flourish across our residential addiction services network.

The successful candidate will bring significant addictions experience, strong governance knowledge, and budget acumen, with a focus on recovery-oriented care, safeguarding, and staff supervision as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working within addiction and substance misuse services.
• Strong understanding of recovery models, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and support planning/marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans and related tasks.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of reports and records for compliance with guidelines.
• Support governance processes and ensure regulatory compliance across service delivery.
• Promote safeguarding, openness and a learning culture within the team.
