Job summary

Priory Horizon House in a residential treatment setting seeks a Deputy Addictions Service Manager to lead the Senior Management and Leadership team. This full-time, on-site role is 37.5 hours at Horizon House, Nottingham area, offering a supportive environment within Flourish therapy-led addiction programme.

You will drive governance, regulatory compliance, budget oversight and service development, with a focus on recovery models, safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working within addiction and substance misuse services.
• Knowledge of governance processes, regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Ability to oversee service provision, audits and inspections.
• Budgets, marketing plans and public relations within a care home environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to assessment, planning and implementation of support for service users and potential admissions.
• Maintain reports and records to ensure compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Implement and sustain governance processes.
• Promote safeguarding and a learning culture with openness and transparency.
