Seetec is hiring an Accommodation Support Officer to join our Communities division, providing support to adult males in custody. You will conduct initial assessments, develop tailored accommodation plans, and coordinate with probation practitioners to address housing challenges while explaining rights and available support.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, mental health, or criminal justice.
• Ability to build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to engage in training and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants with personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress using the case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks and concerns.
