Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Service Users: Assess needs, create person-centred plans, assist with housing applications and rent payments.
• Property Management: Ensure properties meet Decent Homes standard and address maintenance issues.
• Collaboration: Work with probation, court staff, housing providers and agencies to deliver coordinated support.
• Tenancy & Independence Support: Help service users develop life skills and tenancy sustainment.
• Risk & Safeguarding: Identify safeguarding concerns and tenancy risks and document actions.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate case records and ensure contract compliance.
