Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a Team Manager to lead our supported living services in Carmarthenshire and West Wales. This 37-hour-per-week role on a 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on high-quality, person-centred care and building strong teams.

You will oversee service delivery across multiple locations, ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards, and develop staff while supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in adult social care.
• Strong IT literacy and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices (desirable).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.
• QCF/NVQ in Health & Social Care (and willingness to work towards Level 4).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• A flexible, proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery, ensure compliance and high-quality person-centred care.
• Lead recruitment, supervision, development and wellbeing of teams.
• Manage referrals, rotas and care planning; support individuals’ needs.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and partner organisations.
• Utilise IT systems to manage data, rotas and reporting; participate in on-call rota.
