Partnership of Care Ltd in South Wales is seeking an experienced Team Leader in Supported Living to lead shifts, supervise staff, and help people live independent lives.

You will administer medication, design support plans and risk assessments with your line manager, support food preparation and life skills, and help clients maintain relationships with family and friends. A permanent, part-time contract is available, with pension, flexible hours, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader in Supported Living.
• Self-motivated and person-centred approach.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, guiding and supervising on shift.
• Administering medication and ensuring counts are correct.
• Designing and implementing support plans and risk assessments with line manager support.
• Assisting with food preparation and life skills to promote independence.
