Lifeways Ilminster is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help two residents with complex needs live life their way. You will join a vibrant team, work full-time, and participate in 14-hour and day shifts, with sleep-ins and weekend work part of the pattern.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK manual driving license.
• Open to all with the right attitude and big heart.

Responsibilities

• Support two sociable residents with complex health needs on outings and activities (shopping trips, days out, light-hearted activities).
• Assist with medication and health monitoring, financial and dietary needs, and domestic tasks.
• Provide emotional wellbeing support and companionship to residents.
