Job summary

You’ll support people in their homes and communities, build relationships, and enable access to appointments, social events, and personal development opportunities. Sleep-in shifts are part of the pattern.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• No previous care experience required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people in their own homes and within their local community.
• Encouraging independence and helping people achieve personal goals.
• Supporting people to attend appointments, activities and days out.
• Building positive and meaningful relationships.
• Helping people develop life skills and confidence.
• Supporting people to maintain relationships with family and friends.
