Lifeways Ilminster is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You’ll help two residents with daily activities, accompany them on outings, manage medications, and support their wellbeing in a caring, cheerful environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving license required.
• Full-time role with 37.5 hours and shifts including sleep-ins.
• Ability to support residents with complex health needs.
• Reliable, patient and good humour essential.

Responsibilities

• Support two sociable residents with complex health needs on activities like shopping trips and days out.
• Assist with medication and health monitoring.
• Support financial and dietary needs and domestic tasks.
• Provide emotional wellbeing support and companionship.
