Lifeways Ilminster is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our vibrant team. The role is full-time with shifts including 14-hour days, sleep-ins, and weekends. You will support two residents with complex health needs, helping with activities, health checks, and daily living.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence.
• Full-time role with shifts including 14-hour shifts, sleep-ins, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support two sociable residents with complex health needs; accompany shopping trips and days out in the community, and engage in light-hearted activities around Ilminster.
• Assist with medication, health monitoring, financial and dietary needs, and domestic tasks.
• Provide emotional wellbeing support and maintain a positive, reliable presence for residents.
