Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking a Bid Management Associate to support formal bid responses from opportunity identification through to content, portals and RFP systems. You will play a crucial role in keeping bid operations smooth and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will join a tight-knit Bid Management team that collaborates with Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Product and Professional Services to gather input within required timeframes, maintain templates and drive best-practice processes

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• No formal qualification required; the role profile emphasises capability and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor and communicate potential bid opportunities to the team.
• Manage the bid team's inbox, including bid-support requests, portal messages, clarifications and demonstrations.
• Customise templates and documents to align with customer criteria and support proofreading/formatting.
• Coordinate bid input from sales, pre-sales, legal, product and professional services within timeframes.
• Maintain and update the bid content library with new content from bids.
• Maintain and optimise the RFP tool, company information and user accounts.
• Support portal management and educate the business on Bid Management processes.
