IRIS Software Group is seeking a diligent Bid Management Associate in Manchester to support formal bid responses from identification through to RFP systems. You will work with sales, pre-sales, legal, and product teams to gather inputs within tight deadlines.

This role offers exposure to the full bid process, enabling you to develop commercial bid-management skills and contribute to high-quality customer responses in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• No formal qualification required for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Mansioni

• Identify bid opportunities and communicate them to the team.
• Manage bid-team inbox, portal messages, clarifications and requests.
• Customise templates to align with customer criteria; assist proofreading.
• Coordinate input from sales, legal, product and services within deadlines.
• Maintain bid content library with refreshed information from bids.
• Maintain and optimise the RFP tool and company information.
