Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking a Level 5 Manager, IT Business Operations to support the Senior Director in PMO, supplier management and M&A activity. You'll provide governance, planning, analysis and follow-through to keep initiatives progressing while ensuring reporting and supplier activities run smoothly.

The role covers M&A integration, vendor governance, procurement and portfolio reporting, with accountability for maintaining integrated plans, RAID logs and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience running IT programmes or projects, including M&A due diligence, integration or separation.
• Working knowledge of vendor, contract and SOW administration; exposure to supplier negotiation is an advantage.
• Understanding of procurement governance, purchase order processes and cost/chargeback models.
• Comfortable working with enterprise application portfolios at an operational level.
• Experience with project/portfolio tracking tools and building reporting or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• M&A Integration & Separation delivery across IT workstreams within agreed strategy and governance.
• Vendor and contract administration, renewals and supplier performance management.
• Procurement governance and financial control, including cost tracking and reporting.
• Portfolio tracking, reporting and governance to support senior IT leadership reviews.
• Stakeholder management and coordination across IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
