Job summary

Oasis Trust in the United Kingdom seeks an Impact Manager to lead measurement, evidencing, and reporting of our work's difference for funders, the Board, and SLT. You will coordinate the impact framework, maintain KPI data, and turn evidence into compelling stories of change.

Responsibilities include developing theories of change, logframes, MEL plans, and dashboards; ensuring consistent reporting; and supporting grants while exploring digital tools to improve efficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating impact measurement across teams.
• Ability to translate data into compelling reports for funders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate impact measurement across teams and partners, maintaining indicator library and reporting templates.
• Manage KPI data, dashboards, and performance reporting for SLT, the Board, and funders.
• Support grant proposals with theories of change, logframes, and MEL plans.
• Turn evidence into compelling impact case studies and stories of change; manage multiple priorities.
