Job summary

Charity Finance Group in London Waterloo is seeking an Impact and Evaluation Manager to shape an evolving charity impact measurement framework. This role combines data-driven insights with qualitative narratives to improve outcomes for young people.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, Policy, Communications & Impact, you will benchmark practices, identify trends, and strengthen advocacy. As maternity cover for 12 months, you will build on existing foundations and bring new ideas to impact

Qualifications

• Proven experience in impact measurement and evaluation in charity sector.
• Experience in external research and evidence building.
• Ability to design and implement evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to present data as actionable insights in reports/dashboards.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
